After arriving in Hamburg we picked up supplies for a beany chilli and spent the evening with good friend Tom Crosskey where we enjoyed interrogating him about his doctorate and then smiling as if we understood what it was about! Of course super efficient german transport still runs in the early hours of Monday morning.
Good news - we haven't killed each other yet!
